We have a rigorous deep cleaning and sanitizing schedule that is perfomed before, during, and after our business hours. All of our inflatables and arcade games are sanitized several times DAILY, along with constant sanitizing of commonly touched surfaces such as inflatables, games, doors, bathrooms, and counter tops. All of our birthday party times are seperate from our public open jump times so only kids from your party will be jumping.
Our semi-private party hours are currently Saturday 12:00pm-3:00pm, only party guests are allowed inside during this birthday party only time. Premium Private Parties (totally private) are available most anytime outside our normal open hours, contact us for a time that suits you best.
No problem! Your additional birthday child will count as one of your guests. There is 1 inflatable birthday chair per party though, so a party parent will choose how to share the chair.
Adult chaperones are always welcome to stay with their kids. All teenagers ages 13-17 must be accompanied by an adult.
The Premium Private party is available most anytime outside our normal open hours. Emaill us for so we can find the perfect time for you!
No outside food or drink of any kind may be brought inside the Fun Zone. We do have a Snack Bar and vending machines for your convenience. Of course the exception is reserved birthday parties may bring in a birthday cake. We politely ask that you respect our food policy please.
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve your party package. There is a 4% card fee, use cash at our facility to recieve a cash discount. The balance is paid just after eating your food, just like at a restaurant.
Your party guests will bounce during the first hour of your party time. Another party will be using the eating tables during this time, so it is not possible to set up early. We follow a tight schedule to clean and reset the eating area, as soon as it is ready you will be notified so any special table top decorating can be done before the party kids are called to eat. Please note decor can't be hung from any ceilings or walls, please only decorate the table however you like.
Your guest list helps us know who to admit into the Fun Zone for your party. Click HERE to view and print it. If you don't have a printer, no problem, pick one up here at the Fun Zone before your party date. We cannot let your guests in without your Guest List, please drop it off at the admission counter when you arrive for your party. Also, please email or text your invitees THIS LINK to sign the required waiver online BEFORE they come to the party. Everyone will spend less time in line, and more time having fun!
Make Your Reservation
For your convenience, you may reserve your party online 24 hours a day. If you would like to book a party within the next 2 days from today's date, please come to our facility during our open hours. Online bookings are only available for dates 3 or more days in advance. Please examine all the details of our birthday parties before completing this reservation form. Credit/debit cards are required for this form, and the address provided must match where C.C. billing statement is sent. A signed and completed Guest List/Reservation Agreement is required for all parties to begin, please print one using the links in the FAQ above or pick one up at our facility prior to your party date.
